Rightmove and Property Academy teamed up to create The Best Estate Agent Guide by mapping out the perfect customer experience. They assessed over 25,000 Estate Agents across the UK which they scored against a unique set of performance and customer service criteria’s as well as Rightmove’s own data analysis. The areas they looked at were:

- How well the agents’ properties were marketed and performed on Rightmove. Did the Sale or Let complete? How long did the transaction take and was the transaction successful?
- The auditors checked the customer experience with a mystery shop by contacting the agents via email and telephone.

It was nice to work with Homes on Web estate agents. We were buyers and bought property advertised by Homes on Web. Right from viewing the property through the completion, the entire process was smooth. The person who showed us property (sorry I forgot the name) was very kind and gentle. He answered all our questions patiently. There were some delays but we were kept in loop and informed regularly with honest answers. Mark and Steve kept the communication up through the entire process and answered our phone calls all the time and when not available for some reason, called us back every time. And on the completion day we not only got the keys of house but a surprise celebratory gift as well from Homes on Web :-). Highly recommended.

As the buyer of a property, you don't get to choose the Estate Agent that you deal with but we were extremely lucky to fall in love with a house being sold through Homes on Web. Throughout the whole process Mark was actively keeping in touch and at times it felt like he was more invested in the process than some of the buyers in the chain. We would highly recommend Homes on Web

Well we weren’t disappointed, from valuation, viewings, offers and through to completion, Steve, Mark and the team got us over the line. We encountered a few issues along the way and HoW provided guidance on our options, even on completion day we had an issue and they went above and beyond to assist us.
