It was nice to work with Homes on Web estate agents. We were buyers and bought property advertised by Homes on Web. Right from viewing the property through the completion, the entire process was smooth. The person who showed us property (sorry I forgot the name) was very kind and gentle. He answered all our questions patiently. There were some delays but we were kept in loop and informed regularly with honest answers. Mark and Steve kept the communication up through the entire process and answered our phone calls all the time and when not available for some reason, called us back every time. And on the completion day we not only got the keys of house but a surprise celebratory gift as well from Homes on Web :-). Highly recommended.

As the buyer of a property, you don't get to choose the Estate Agent that you deal with but we were extremely lucky to fall in love with a house being sold through Homes on Web. Throughout the whole process Mark was actively keeping in touch and at times it felt like he was more invested in the process than some of the buyers in the chain. We would highly recommend Homes on Web

The service provided by Mark and the team at Homes on the Web was outstanding. We bought a flat from them back in January and they kept the purchase moving by communicating with all parties. If we needed anything sorting, we would speak to Mark rather than our solicitor or mortgage advisor - the service was that good and the team that knowledgeable!

Homes on Web (HoW) were recommended to us when were discussing selling our house. Well we weren’t disappointed, from valuation, viewings, offers and through to completion, Steve, Mark and the team got us over the line. We encountered a few issues along the way and HoW provided guidance on our options, even on completion day we had an issue and they went above and beyond to assist us.
HoW are professional, friendly, upfront and honest, no question was ever too big or too small. If you are looking for an estate who has good knowledge of the area and always willing to help, HoW are the ones to use.

We asked Mr/s Rodrigues if they could document their experience with us, (including the ups and the downs) to highlight our customer experience. We were nervous as we know sometimes issues and situations are out of our control. Mr/s Rodrigues were on with another agent who unfortunately were unsuccessful in selling their property so the pressure was on us to impress and prove we really do care.
We worked hard on creating a lot of viewings and analysing the viewer’s thoughts. We obtained constructive feedback from the viewers on how they compared our sellers home with their competition. We were delighted with the results we achieved. We did have issues along the way but we kept a positive mindset and found solutions to help make the move happen. We are so happy for our clients!
